|Terms of Service|

• All artworks are fully rendered illustrations. I don't offer sketch or line art commissions.• I reserve all rights to my art and have the right to refuse/decline any commission if I am uncomfortable with what is being requested. This also applies if the commissioner is displaying rude or ill behavior, I will refuse or cancel commissions.• I offer commissions for personal and non-commercial use ONLY! Meaning commissioners DO NOT have rights to sell, resell or reproduce any of my art in any sort of way. Not as merchandise nor as cryptocurrency/NFT/NFT scams or Art scams.
If you find any of my artworks being minted or stolen please inform me immediately!- DO NOT remove or hide my watermarks nor make changes/remove things from the artwork. I'm fine with small edits for profiles/pages but must still credit me and my watermarks must be visible!- NO Deadlines/Due Dates. Due to big variations in commissions as well as personal life matters there will be no deadline based artworks. If you want artwork by a certain date (like a birthday or a holiday ,etc.) it would be best to commission a few months beforehand.• Commissions done by me can be reposted by the commissioner but MUST credit me. Ex: Art by @rukicchisanarts or linking to my social media. (Preferably my Instagram.)

|Payment Info|

In USD ($) currency and can be sent through Paypal, Cash App or Ko-Fi.Payment MUST be paid beforehand and in full before I start anything on the commission. Only send the payment once I accept the commission request!Refunds: If a customer wishes to cancel a commission during stages:
• Not started stage: Fully refundable.
• Sketch and Lineart stage: Only 50% of the payment is refundable.
• Stages Beyond: It is non-refundable.

|Art Process, Duration and Time|

Art Process:
I will provide WIPs on commissions when I hit certain stages on the artwork or if I need any clarification or comments on the details.During updates, please be sure to give comments if anything needs to be changed or edited. The best times to do so would be during the Sketch and Lineart stages.Duration and Time:
How long a commission might take depends on the type and detail of it. Some may take a week or a few weeks close to a month. But there is also if personal life matters come up, however I will inform the commissioner if there will be a delay/pause on commission.

|Will and Won’t Draw Lists|

Will Draw:
• OCs
• Canon Characters (Only for OC x Canon or Oc lore based art)
• Humans/Humanoids
• Fantasy Species (Aliens, anthro or non-humans races)
• LGBT Characters and Couples
• Animals/Creatures
• Mecha/Robots
• Light Nsfw/Suggestive - The Characters can be nude/mildly nude but no genitalia will be showing and nothing graphic. Characters must also be Adults, NO underage characters!Won’t Draw:
I won’t draw anything that I’m uncomfortable with or that are associated with uncomfortable topics! So please respect my decision and reasons if I decline your Commission Request!- Certain Fetishes/Kinks or Fetish Fuel art (vore,feet,etc. There’s a ton of fetishes I won't draw.) Nor will I draw characters associated with them.- No Full or Explicit NSFW- Certain Ships or Ship Dynamics (pedo,incest,etc.)- No Underage Nsfw/Suggestive or Sexualized Underaged Characters- Hate Art (racism,sexism, homophobia,etc.)- I won't draw characters or things that are associated with uncomfortable topics.- I also won't draw OCs if you don't have permission from the owners. So do not send OCs that aren't yours unless you have permission. And I won’t draw Ocs that use other peoples OCs as face claims either.
